About Frances Bentley

Hello, I’m Frances Bentley, founder of Business Networking North London (BNNL), author, speaker, transformational coach and passionate community builder.

Over 12 years ago, I started BNNL with a simple vision: to create a networking community where people could build genuine relationships, support one another, and grow their businesses in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

What began as a single networking group has grown into a thriving business community, bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners from across North London and beyond. Throughout that time, one thing has remained unchanged: relationships come first.

I firmly believe that people do business with people. When trust is built, opportunities naturally follow. Some of the strongest business partnerships, referrals and friendships within BNNL have been created simply by bringing the right people together around a table.

Alongside running BNNL, I am also the creator of Life Edits™, a personal development programme designed to help people reflect on their story, break free from limiting patterns and consciously create the next chapter of their lives. As business owners, we often focus on growing our businesses, but true success begins with investing in ourselves.

My own journey has taught me the importance of resilience, personal growth and the power of community. Those experiences have shaped the way I lead BNNL today. I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard and supported, both professionally and personally.
